One contract for the waste. We place the carrier.
Regency Waste Solutions is a brokerage. You tell us the site and the streams. We put a licensed carrier on the collection and send the transfer note back to you.
The desk is at the depot in Ayr. Collections are placed across the UK. Regency’s own crews are used where that is the right job. Everything else goes to a carrier on the register for that stream.
A person on the desk, not a call centre. admin@regencyfm.com if you would rather write.
What we place
The same desk covers a weekly bin and a one-off clearance. Hazardous and clinical waste only goes to a carrier licensed for that stream.

How a job moves
- 1. The siteWhat you produce, how often, and where the vehicle can stand.
- 2. The carrierWe name who will collect, and the registration we checked.
- 3. The collectionThey attend. You are not left ringing round for a second company.
- 4. The noteThe transfer note comes back. We keep the copy with the job.
Who it is for
Construction. Facilities contracts. Public sector. Healthcare. Leisure and hospitality. Manufacturing. Multi-tenant buildings. Retail. Transport and yards.
If you already have a cleaning or grounds contract with Regency, the waste can sit on the same account. It does not have to.
The paperwork is the job
The producer’s duty of care does not end when a vehicle leaves the yard. If the load is fly-tipped, the question comes back to you. A brokerage is useful only if it can show which carrier took it, on what note, and where it was meant to go.
Ask any carrier for the registration number and check it. SEPA for Scotland, the Environment Agency for England, Natural Resources Wales, or the NIEA. We do that before a job is placed, and we keep the number on the job.
